Account Manager

Czym będziesz się zajmować? What you’ll do: Manage and grow relationships with B2B clients. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. Ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to meet client expectations. Gather feedback, propose upsell opportunities, and support renewals. What we offer: B2B contract with monthly compensation of 8,000–15,000 PLN net plus VAT. 100% remote setup and flexible hours. At least 3 years of experience in client or account management, preferably in the tech sector. Excellent Polish at B2+ level and English at C1 level. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to build client relationships. Familiarity with Pipedrive or other CRM tools. Good understanding of AI topics and a customer-first, proactive approach to problem-solving.
