Account Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to build and grow strategic relationships with our key clients, focusing on long-term business growth and executive-level partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management for strategic accounts, focusing on long-term partnership value, retention, and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives to shape account strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts while leading commercial discussions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans in close collaboration with delivery and presales teams.
• Monitor account performance, mitigate business risks, and contribute to the development of our service portfolio.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in strategic account management, consultative sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of working with enterprise-level clients and engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong ability to build long-term business relationships based on trust and value creation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English and experience collaborating within cross-functional, project-based teams.
