Account Manager

Sperasoft is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their goals are met through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and project needs.
• Drive peak performance and sales success across accounts, including forecasting key metrics and managing P&L.
• Negotiate and close agreements while identifying new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
• Provide comprehensive service support, including handling invoicing, service issues, and client requests.
• Prepare presentations and manage partner relationships to increase revenue and improve collaboration.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in account or partnership management within the game development industry.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business in the high-tech or gamedev sectors.
• Strong ability to prioritize key issues and work professionally with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and a relevant four-year degree.
