Account Manager (100% remote)

Tether Operations Limited is a pioneer in the digital finance sector, dedicated to building innovative solutions that empower businesses through reserve-backed tokens and blockchain technology. We are currently seeking a highly organized and strategically minded Account Manager to join our Technology Distribution team and oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives involving digital wallets, asset tokenization, and decentralized AI.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for institutional partners, ensuring consistent communication and long-term relationship building.
• Coordinate with external companies, government institutions, and technology vendors to support strategic program deployment.
• Oversee implementation progress led by Product Managers to ensure alignment with contractual terms and delivery timelines.
• Maintain governance frameworks, including risk registers, action logs, and decision records to drive project accountability.
• Facilitate information flow between internal product, engineering, legal, and operations teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, program coordination, or project governance within fintech or technology environments.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with corporate and government stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain, or financial technology ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills considered a plus.
