What will you work on as an Account Executive?
The Revenue unit works on global sales of partner product licenses, sales of Deviniti products and comprehensive IT services. We partner with companies such as Atlassian, monday.com, Gitlab, Freshworks and many others. Currently, we are looking for another astronaut who will join the Monday.com team to sell licenses and services to B2B customers globally, advise and demonstrate the product, and support implementations and integrations.
Who will you work with?
The team you will join consists of the Director of Sales, a Team Leader, one Account Executive and two Account Managers. Additionally, the team includes 4 Customer Success Managers who implement the product. The team works closely with the marketing department on a daily basis and specializes in sales and implementations of the monday.com platform, which supports customers in optimizing and automating their business processes. The team meets internally twice a week, collaborates closely and supports each other on an ongoing basis. However, everyone has a lot of flexibility with their tasks and influence over their compensation - in this team you can expect performance-based sales bonuses.
What tasks await you in this role?
- managing qualified leads from the moment of demo call until finalizing the sale;
- building relationships with key stakeholders;
- comprehensive understanding of monday.com's solution and training the clients;
- acquiring the knowledge of latest monday.com features, functionalities and use cases;
- acting as an escalation point-of-contact for relationship and commercial issues;
- maintaining basic knowledge about the whole Deviniti offering.
You are the one we're looking for, if:
you have the following skills: approx. 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry (products and services in the areas of ERP, CRM, work management, project management); negotiation skills; knowledge of the IT industry and customer structures; well-established knowledge of sales and marketing; fluent Polish and advanced English in speech and writing; you can also work in a team!

You can expect the following 4 recruitment stages:
- CV screening - we read about your experience and make sure that it matches our needs.
- Phone interview - during these 30 minutes the recruiter describes the role further and asks a few questions (i.e. about your expectations and notice period).
- Online interview (an optional second meeting) - here you meet the recruiter and the team leader, who verify your skills. The meeting usually lasts about 1h. Optionally, there may be a second meeting with the team.
- The decision, which is presented to you about 2 weeks after the interview.
