Access Management Specialist

emagine Polska is looking for an Access Management Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing demand requests, onboarding, rights management, and off-boarding processes to ensure efficient handling of external service orders and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end handling of external service orders and third-party demand requests.
• Creating and tracking purchase requisitions in SAP.
• Managing rights for internal and external users, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monthly reporting on hours booked versus budgets.
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting on rights and contracts to enhance access management processes.
• Ensuring documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for international communication.
• Strong experience in SAP and ServiceNow for ordering and rights administration.
• Background in Identity & Access Management, ideally with hands-on experience in myIDA.
• Structured, process-driven, and compliance-minded working style.
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills.
