Micro1 is seeking experienced Academic Researchers to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your specialized knowledge to provide high-quality, evidence-based insights that directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform in real-world scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis within your field of expertise to deliver high-quality, evidence-based insights.
• Prepare, format, and review complex documents using advanced features in Word and PDF, including data extraction and tracked changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across legal, healthcare, policy, and finance sectors to support diverse project requirements.
• Translate complex research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations that meet professional standards.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all written deliverables with project guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in document preparation and review, including advanced formatting and data extraction.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
