[8LA] Senior UI Developer / Front-End Lead

Software Mind is seeking a Senior UI Developer and Front-End Lead to act as a technical anchor for our development team. You will combine hands-on coding with technical leadership, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring high-quality engineering standards while working on impactful international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior hands-on front-end engineering support and lead UI implementation decisions.
• Recommend front-end frameworks, patterns, and component approaches to ensure scalable solutions.
• Build complex front-end components and web application functionality.
• Collaborate directly with client engineering and product stakeholders to evaluate technical tradeoffs.
• Mentor team members and guide engineering practices within the project.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven background in building complex web applications rather than static UI.
• Experience with modern component-based front-end development architectures.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments with limited supervision.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
