About Mimeeq
At Mimeeq, we build one of the most advanced no-code 3D product configurator platforms on the market. Our software helps global brands in give their customers an interactive, photorealistic way to personalise and visualise products - without writing a single line of code.
Alongside the platform, we run an in-house 3D studio delivering end-to-end configurator implementation services to our clients. We're a team of around 20, growing fast, with a culture built on open communication, real ownership, and no corporate overhead.
The Role
We are looking for a 3D Artist with Project Management skills to own the full lifecycle of 3D configurator projects - from the first client call to a polished, live product.
At its core, this is a 3D role. You'll spend a meaningful part of your time doing hands-on 3D work: modelling product geometry, preparing and optimising assets, creating seamless textures, and building complex configurator logic inside our platform. Alongside that, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating across our 3D and technical teams to keep projects on time and on spec.
If you're a 3D artist who's naturally organised, communicates well with clients, and enjoys owning things end-to-end - this role was written for you.
What You'll Do
Own projects end-to-end: onboarding, requirements gathering, scoping, estimation, delivery, and post-launch client care
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients - clear, professional, and genuinely client-oriented in how you think and communicate
Guide clients through the full implementation journey - translating complex 3D and configurator concepts into language that makes sense for non-technical stakeholders
Coordinate your workload across multiple active projects using Monday.com
Create and maintain project documentation: status updates, scope changes, and delivery milestones
Build configurators directly inside the Mimeeq no-code platform, including complex product logic and pricing rules derived from configurable variables
Prepare and optimise 3D assets: modelling the geometries, UV unwrapping, topology cleanup, and mesh corrections in Blender (or 3ds Max)
Create seamless textures and optimise material files in Photoshop
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer problems and requests
Contribute ideas - we welcome creative thinking and initiative in a continuously evolving product
What We're Looking For
Core requirements
Solid hands-on experience with polygonal 3D modelling - furniture, upholstery, solid parts, and similar product-type geometry; not advanced character sculpting, but clean and accurate technical modelling is a must
Proficient in Blender (preferred) or 3ds Max: UV unwrapping, topology cleanup, mesh corrections, and asset optimisation for real-time use
Strong understanding of 3D fundamentals: polygonal models, PBR materials, and real-time rendering pipelines
Photoshop skills: seamless texture creation and files optimisation
Proven experience managing client-facing projects
Fluent in English at a professional level - this is our working language
Comfortable managing several projects in parallel without losing attention to detail
Able to guide non-technical clients through a technical project - breaking down 3D and configurator concepts into clear, friendly language
Proactive mindset: you plan your work in a way that eliminates blockers before they appear, rather than firefighting after the fact
A sharp eye for detail and a genuine sense of aesthetics - you notice when something is off, and you care enough to fix it
Nice to have
Experience developing and implementing 3D product configurators using WebGL technology
Solid spreadsheet and formula skills with an analytical mindset - comfort with product pricing logic derived from configurable variables (CPQ-style thinking) is a strong advantage
Animating skills. Creating animations in Blender or 3ds Max.
Experience working with 3D geometry using AI tools and a strong interest in AI development within the field of 3D graphics.
Growth Opportunities
This role grows with you. As Mimeeq scales, there is real room to take on more ownership - whether that means shaping the 3D studio's processes, mentoring future team members, or expanding into adjacent areas of the product or business. We're lean and agile, which means your impact and influence grow directly with your contribution.
What We Offer
Salary: 9 000 – 11 000 PLN brutto/miesiąc (możliwość zatrudnienia na UoP lub B2B)
Hybrid or fully remote work flexibility
High ownership and autonomy from day one
Opportunity to work with WebGL technology and cutting-edge real-time 3D
Open communication culture - no corporate layers, no bureaucracy
-
A genuinely interesting product used by global brands
Sound like you?
Send us your CV and a portfolio showcasing your past 3D work - we want to see the kinds of projects you've worked on and the quality you bring to them. A short note about a project you're particularly proud of is always welcome too.
