3D Animator

BJAK is a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, dedicated to making financial services accessible and smarter for millions. We are looking for a talented 3D Animator to join our global team and lead the creation of high-quality visual storytelling and motion content across our marketing and product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D animations for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and brand storytelling.
• Translate storyboards and creative concepts into polished 3D animated content.
• Manage the end-to-end 3D production pipeline, including modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to develop compelling visual narratives.
• Mentor junior animators and help define animation standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in 3D animation, CGI production, or motion graphics.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, weight, and cinematic storytelling.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced 3D animation work.
