emagine Polska is expanding its world-class Books editorial team and is looking for passionate individuals to connect amazing stories with listeners. We are seeking editors fluent in Spanish and Italian or Polish to help shape the book experience and curate high-priority editorial programmes for these specific markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute editorial strategies for books across your assigned markets.
• Manage storefronts as an all-genre specialist, ensuring content meets the needs of diverse listeners.
• Write engaging, culturally resonant copy and tag content for editorial programmes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with publishers in your respective regions.
• Use research, cultural insights, and data analytics to enhance the editorial lens and drive platform engagement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in editing, curating, or merchandising content within digital platforms or the publishing industry.
• Fluency in Spanish and Italian or Polish, alongside strong English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the publishing landscape and cultural nuances of your target markets.
• Ability to balance commercial goals with diverse and representative programming.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for audio content.
