1146 - Fullstack Engineer

GoFasti is a Talent-as-a-Service platform bridging the gap between world-class developers and global companies. We are currently seeking an English-proficient Fullstack Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build an internal operational hub to capture client requests and manage projects.
• Develop a client portal to provide visibility into project status, estimates, and revisions.
• Create an internal dashboard for owners to monitor team productivity and standards.
• Design and develop client intake forms and workflows to replace manual processes.
• Own system architecture, design, and scalability decisions for internal tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong background in system architecture, design, and scalability.
• Strong product sense with an eye for clean, usable, and intuitive interfaces.
• Experience shaping user flows rather than just building to specification.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work with high autonomy.
• Comfortable working across both desktop and mobile environments.
