1141 - Senior BIM Technician

We are currently seeking an English-fluent Senior BIM Technician to join our team in a fully remote capacity, focusing on high-quality model management and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Audit BIM and CAD deliverables received from external A/E and contractor teams to ensure quality.
• Upgrade and standardize models and drawings to align with current owner standards.
• Integrate discipline-specific content into owner Master Models.
• Troubleshoot technical BIM/CAD issues and develop practical, documented solutions.
• Maintain and update centralized drawing and model libraries while supporting internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience working with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience supporting construction, engineering, or facilities environments.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or CAD, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), LOD requirements, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or Forma.
