1140 - Lead Developer / Architect Web3

GoFasti is a Talent-as-a-Service platform connecting world-class developers with innovative companies globally. We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Developer and Architect with expertise in Web3 to join our team on a part-time, fully remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of the platform and guide key build decisions.
• Lead and orchestrate the existing development team through sprint cycles.
• Drive hands-on full-stack development alongside the team.
• Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security best practices on Solana.
• Ensure game logic and mechanics, such as poker, slots, and fantasy sports, are built to industry standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a lead developer or architect on production platforms for at least 2 years.
• Strong full-stack development background with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience working with the Solana blockchain.
• Experience in the gaming industry, specifically with casino gaming, poker, or slots.
• Solid working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, including wallets, on-chain transactions, and security.
• Excellent English communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
