Key responsibilities

• Convert Figma or XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress themes.
• Customize existing templates and plugins to fulfill specific project requirements and functionality needs.
• Optimize website performance by focusing on Core Web Vitals, loading speed, and SEO-friendly architecture.
• Manage ongoing website maintenance, perform regular updates, and resolve technical bugs.
• Collaborate closely with designers and SEO specialists to maintain high UX standards and site performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in core web technologies including PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Deep familiarity with Gutenberg, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and major page builders like Elementor or WPBakery.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proven experience in building SEO-friendly site structures and implementing performance optimization techniques.
