1104 | Senior Data Engineer (Databricks)

Intetics Inc. is a global technology company seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team and help redefine CRM for the age of AI. You will play a critical role in managing our predictive data platform, ensuring that our data pipelines are fast, reliable, and scalable to support complex enterprise needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own Databricks production support, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response for all data flows.
• Design and build high-performance Databricks pipelines that ingest and transform ERP and CRM data at scale.
• Migrate legacy ETL/ELT pipelines to Databricks while building automation to reduce manual intervention.
• Implement pipeline optimizations to reduce compute costs and improve throughput.
• Enforce data security, governance, and multi-tenant isolation patterns across all environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Databricks or the Apache Spark ecosystem.
• Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, and Python for building production-grade pipelines.
• Strong experience with Delta Lake, including schema evolution and incremental processing.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Data Science and Product.
• Solid understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance principles in multi-tenant architectures.
