We are seeking a creative UX/UI Digital Product Designer to join our world-class team and help shape the future of our digital ecosystem as we scale globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire digital UI/UX ecosystem, ensuring consistency across all web, mobile, and social platforms.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product and lead software engineers on feature development, product strategy, and user journey mapping.
• Transform wireframes into intuitive, clean user interfaces using Webflow and other design tools.
• Conduct customer research and usability testing to inform iterative product development.
• Manage all digital assets and maintain comprehensive style guidelines for the brand.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in design with a proven track record of team leadership.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Invision, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in building iconography, illustrations, and design systems from scratch.
• At least two years of experience helping early-stage startups grow and acquire their initial customer base.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex problems into simple, actionable solutions.
