👉 Senior Program Manager

Xebia is a global AI-first, digital transformation, and engineering partner with over 25 years of experience. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team and lead large, complex software programs for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Leading large, complex software programs for international clients from initiation through full delivery with end-to-end accountability.
• Defining and owning program governance, including decision-making structures, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks.
• Overseeing multi-stream program delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Managing dependencies and alignment across internal delivery teams and external partners.
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, sponsors, and key internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale IT or software programs with full budget and delivery accountability.
• Experience managing distributed, multinational teams and collaborating with external vendors.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills in complex stakeholder environments.
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and modern software engineering practices.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and residency in the European Union.
