👉 Senior Data Engineer (Stockholm/Remote)

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate existing data and feature pipelines powering recommendation and advertising machine learning systems.
• Ensure billions of daily events flow reliably through ingestion and processing, supported by monitoring and data-quality checks.
• Support Data Scientists and Analysts by providing reliable data for production models and experiments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues to keep the platform stable and within SLA.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on Data Engineering experience with the ability to work independently.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Spark, with proven experience building large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow and cloud providers like GCP.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals, including Git, CI/CD, testing, and clean, maintainable code.
• Strong ownership mindset and the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
