👉 Senior Business Analyst

Xebia is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our project team working on complex, distributed systems and large-scale transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation within a delivery-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear User Stories at both high-level and technical levels.
• Supporting backlog management, refinement, and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams.
• Working closely with multiple teams to ensure alignment and consistency across solutions.
• Contributing to solution design for web-based and distributed systems.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling concepts.
• Proven experience in migration projects and complex IT initiatives involving multiple teams.
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
• Strong experience in writing detailed User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants to improve productivity and quality in analysis.
