🟣 You will be:
monitoring Azure infrastructure and application performance using Grafana and Azure monitoring tools,
responding to alerts, performing initial triage, and assessing incident severity within defined SLAs,
investigating production issues and executing standard remediation procedures based on established runbooks,
analyzing logs and monitoring data to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents when required,
documenting incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions to ensure accurate operational records,
collaborating with Senior DevOps Engineers and other stakeholders during incident response,
participating in an on-call rotation to support business-critical environments,
contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring dashboards, alert definitions, and operational procedures.
🟣 Your profile:
1-2 years or more of commercial experience supporting Azure-based applications or cloud infrastructure,
hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Portal,
practical experience monitoring environments using Grafana,
experience responding to alerts, performing incident triage, and following operational runbooks,
understanding of Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, App Services, networking fundamentals (VNets, NSGs), and resource management,
experience analyzing logs using Azure Monitor, ELK Stack, or similar tools,
familiarity with Azure DevOps, including reviewing pipeline status and logs,
basic scripting skills using PowerShell or Bash,
experience working with ticketing and incident management systems,
strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills,
ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple incidents, and confidence working under pressure,
willingness to participate in an on-call rotation,
good command of English (min. B2),
practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
🟣 Nice to have:
Microsoft Azure or ITIL Foundation certifications,
experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management,
understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls),
familiarity with Docker or other container technologies,
experience working in 24/7 support environments,
experience supporting IoT, transport, or other business-critical infrastructure,
experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required
