👉 AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a Mid AI/ML Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI solutions, from initial experimentation to production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and developing machine learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Building, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and decision-support use cases.
• Owning the full ML lifecycle, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, and Solution Architects to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Supporting industrialization activities such as CI/CD, model governance, and troubleshooting production issues.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools like MLflow and cloud-based ML platforms such as Azure ML, Vertex AI, or AWS SageMaker.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
