We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our talented team, ensuring our clients receive clear, reliable financial insights through efficient and automated processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of accountants to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality financial work.
• Oversee full-cycle accounting, including the review of reconciliations, financial reports, and month-end close deliverables.
• Ensure consistent application of accounting processes and identify opportunities for system and workflow optimization.
• Provide clear communication and financial insights to clients to support their operational success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting management, preferably within a firm or multi-client environment.
• High proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero, with NetSuite experience considered a bonus.
• Strong technical foundation in full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on providing clarity and support without micromanagement.
• Experience with automation tools and a proactive approach to process improvement.
