Windows 11 Application Integrator - Remote (h/f)

emagine is looking for an experienced Windows 11 Application Integrator to support a large-scale migration project for laboratory and kiosk PCs. You will join a global team to ensure the seamless transition of critical laboratory software across multiple international sites.

Key responsibilities

• Test and verify application compatibility with Windows 11 and manage the installation and configuration process.
• Coordinate with application vendors to resolve compatibility issues and update software versions as required.
• Troubleshoot and fix connectivity issues between workstations, laboratory equipment, and network infrastructure.
• Migrate application data from Windows 10 environments to Windows 11 and provide necessary training to end users.
• Develop comprehensive installation documentation and handle ongoing incidents and service requests for lab systems.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the workstation domain, specifically within laboratory environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of laboratory applications such as ACD/Labs, OpenLab, or ChemStation.
• Solid foundation in IT infrastructure, including network configurations, databases, and software deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a global team.
• Fluency in English is required, with French language skills considered a valuable asset.
